Operating a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in South Carolina, Abner Solar focuses on advanced automation, product quality, and scalable manufacturing to strengthen the domestic solar supply chain. As the company expands its U.S. operations and market presence, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to help build and execute Abner Solar's marketing strategy, strengthen brand awareness, and support commercial growth in the U.S. solar industry. Job Summary The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Abner Solar's U.S. marketing strategy, with a strong focus on B2B marketing, brand development, product positioning, industry communications, and customer-facing marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with Sales, Business Development, Operations, and senior leadership to communicate Abner Solar's manufacturing capabilities, products, technology, and value proposition to customers and industry stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B marketing within solar, renewable energy, advanced manufacturing, energy, or another technical industry and is comfortable operating in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Brand Development Develop and execute the company's U.S. marketing strategy in alignment with business and commercial objectives. Build and strengthen Abner Solar's brand presence within the U.S. solar and renewable energy market. Develop clear messaging around the company's products, technology, manufacturing capabilities, and U.S. supply chain. Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and market opportunities. Support leadership in developing corporate positioning and external communications. Product & Commercial Marketing Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to develop customer-facing marketing materials, presentations, product collateral, and sales tools. Translate technical product information into clear and compelling commercial messaging. Support product launches, customer presentations, facility tours, and strategic customer initiatives. Develop case studies, brochures, presentations, videos, and other marketing materials that communicate the company's capabilities and value proposition. Digital Marketing & Communications Manage and continuously improve the company's website, LinkedIn presence, and other digital channels. Develop and manage content calendars and corporate communications. Create and coordinate press releases, company announcements, thought-leadership content, and industry communications. Monitor digital marketing performance and recommend improvements based on data and engagement metrics. Trade Shows & Industry Engagement Lead the company's participation in solar and renewable energy conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events. Coordinate booth design, marketing materials, sponsorships, event logistics, and post-event follow-up. Identify industry associations, publications, conferences, and partnership opportunities that can increase Abner Solar's market visibility. Represent the company professionally with customers, partners, media, and industry stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Operations, Engineering, and leadership teams to ensure consistent external messaging. Coordinate with internal and external partners, agencies, designers, vendors, and media contacts. Support employer branding and corporate initiatives as needed during the company's growth and manufacturing ramp-up. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B, manufacturing, energy, technology, or industrial environment. Experience developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience creating professional marketing materials, presentations, digital content, and corporate communications. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working cross-functionally with sales, technical, and executive teams. Willingness to travel for trade shows, conferences, customer events, and other business activities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in solar, renewable energy, energy storage, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or a related industry. Understanding of the U.S. solar market and solar supply chain. Experience with B2B product marketing and technical products. Experience supporting trade shows and major industry events. Familiarity with CRM, digital marketing, website analytics, and marketing automation platforms. Experience working in a multinational or cross-cultural organization is a plus.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
