Full Job Description Description:
Larson Automotive Group is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy across a growing group of automotive dealerships. This is an opportunity to take ownership of our marketing direction, work directly with dealership and company leadership, and build the marketing strategy for a well-established automotive group. What You Get $87,000•131,000 annual salary Leadership opportunity with ownership of the Larson Automotive Group marketing function Direct collaboration with dealership and company leadership Opportunity to build and implement new marketing strategies and initiatives Opportunity for long-term growth with a family-owned automotive group What You'll Do Develop and lead marketing strategies that support dealership sales, service, parts, and overall business goals Manage campaigns across digital, social media, email, websites, advertising, events, and traditional channels Partner with dealership leadership to identify opportunities, develop campaigns, and strengthen the customer experience Oversee content, creative, branding, promotions, and customer communications across our dealerships and brands Manage marketing budgets, vendors, advertising partners, and outside resources while monitoring campaign performance and ROI Monitor campaign performance and marketing analytics to measure results, identify opportunities, and continually improve our strategy What We're Looking For 5+ years of marketing, advertising, digital marketing, or related experience Previous management or leadership experience preferred Experience with digital marketing, social media, content strategy, and advertising Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to turn ideas into action Strong communication, organization, analytical, and project management skills Automotive or dealership marketing experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and social media platforms. Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive engagement and sales. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing a team. Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, analytics platforms, and content management systems. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
