Job Description

Culver Franchising System , LLC is looking for a self-motivated, results-focused Product Marketing Manager to become a key leader in our talented Marketing team. In this role you will play a vital part in continuing to build the Culver's brand through leading go-to-market execution of menu innovation, limited-time offers (LTOs) and core products to drive guest engagement, sales growth and brand relevance. You will be the critical link as you work cross-functionally to ensure new products and processes are successfully developed, launched, and sustained in the market.

If you are someone who:

Has 3-5 years related experience, ideally in brand management or product marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Has experience leading cross-functional commercialization and product launch initiatives; foodservice, retail or consumer brand background preferred Possesses strong collaborative and communication skills; proven success leading and participating in cross-functional teams Demonstrates an analytical aptitude with proven success in analyzing data outcomes to translate outcomes into actionable recommendations If this describes you, then we want you to join our team! Starting Pay Range:

$75,000-$85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Classification:

Exempt/Salary, full-time position. This role includes a generous incentive bonus based on business results and individual success. We also offer workplace flexibility including flexible work hours and a hybrid work model.
