$500 fallback pay for 5 days of work + uncapped commissions + additional incentives About Window Rehab Window Rehab specializes in window and door replacements , helping homeowners improve the look, comfort, energy efficiency, and value of their homes. We are looking for motivated, outgoing, and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Field Marketing Representatives . Your primary responsibility will be getting out into assigned neighborhoods, speaking directly with homeowners, identifying qualified homeowners who may be interested in replacing their windows or doors, and setting appointments for our sales team to provide a complimentary in home consultation. What You'll Do Canvass assigned neighborhoods Tuesday through Saturday. Knock doors and engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations. Identify homeowners who may have a need or interest in window and door replacement. Ask qualifying questions to determine whether a homeowner is a good fit. Generate and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team. Ensure appointments meet our qualification requirements. Accurately record lead and appointment information. Represent Window Rehab professionally in the community. Participate in home shows and other local events when scheduled to help generate additional leads and connect with homeowners. Work toward daily and weekly lead-generation goals. Communicate with the sales team regarding scheduled appointments and prospects.
