Competitive, based on experience Responsibilities Develop and execute local marketing campaigns, promotions, and store events Create marketing materials, signage, flyers, digital graphics, and promotional content Create and manage social media content for company and store channels Support social media planning, posting, and audience engagement Coordinate sampling events, community outreach, and local promotional activities Work with store departments, vendors, community partners, and external agencies Support store opening marketing initiatives and promotional programs Monitor marketing performance and assist with reporting Conduct market and competitor research Maintain consistent company branding across marketing materials and social media Qualifications Previous experience in marketing, communications, social media, or a related field

Required:

Strong graphic design skills and experience creating marketing graphics

Required:

Experience creating social media content, including graphics, photos, videos, and other digital content Proficiency with graphic design and content creation tools Experience managing social media platforms and developing engaging content Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and project coordination skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Retail, grocery, consumer goods, or local marketing experience is a plus Korean or Spanish language skills are a plus Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team How to
