The Marketing Specialist will help plan and execute local marketing initiatives, promote store events and products, coordinate promotional materials, and support customer engagement and brand awareness.

Competitive, based on experience Responsibilities Support marketing activities for the new La Habra store opening Develop and coordinate local marketing campaigns and promotions Assist with store events, product promotions, sampling events, and community activities Create and coordinate marketing materials, signage, flyers, and promotional content Manage and update social media content and local marketing channels Coordinate with store management and department teams on promotional activities Communicate with vendors, promotional partners, and outside agencies as needed Monitor marketing activities and provide updates on results Conduct local market and competitor research Help maintain consistent company branding across marketing materials Support customer engagement and community outreach Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred Previous marketing experience preferred Retail, grocery, consumer goods, or local marketing experience is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with social media and digital marketing platforms Strong organizational and project coordination skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Creative and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Korean or Spanish language skills are a plus How to Apply Please apply through Indeed and submit your resume and contact information.
