VP of Concept Development and Market Strategy FMK Hospitality Group is looking for a talented and versatile Creative Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing Department. This is primarily a creative execution position for someone who can take marketing ideas, promotions, and requests and turn them into high-quality, professional, on-brand materials. What You'll Do Design flyers, menus, signage, advertisements, email graphics, and promotional materials. Create content and graphics for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Manage and update FMK and restaurant websites using Wix . Use Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, AI tools, and other creative software. Support all FMK restaurant brands. Work with the Marketing Department, General Managers, Area Directors, and company leadership. Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Travel between FMK locations in and around The Villages as needed. What We're Looking For 3+ years of professional graphic design or creative marketing experience. Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign . Strong experience using Wix for website creation and updates. Experience with Canva . Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Ability to write effective prompts and use AI-powered creative tools . Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work well with others and take feedback professionally. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Must be located in or willing to relocate to The Villages area . A professional portfolio is required. Bonus Skills Photography, video editing, social media content creation, SEO, hospitality or restaurant experience, and experience with AI-powered creative tools are all a plus.
