• $28•30/hr Shovel, snow blow, and de-ice sidewalks, walkways, and entryways Sidewalk Crew Chiefs (Team Leads)•$30•35/hr Lead a small team, operate light equipment, and ensure service standards are met Salt Truck / Plow Drivers•$35•45/hr Operate plow trucks and salt spreaders to maintain safe vehicle access routes Heavy Equipment Operators (Skid Steers & Loaders)•$35•55/hr Operate heavy equipment to clear, stack, and relocate snow from large commercial properties Job Details Must have flexible availability during snow events, including days, nights, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays as weather conditions require

Service Area:

We have seasonal snow and ice positions available throughout the Chicagoland area, including Lake Zurich, Mundelein, Libertyville, Elgin, Bartlett, Hoffman Estates, Northbrook, Buffalo Grove, Gurnee, Vernon Hills, Glenview, Niles, Carol Stream, Bolingbrook, Romeoville, and the O'Hare area (Whenever possible, team members are assigned to service locations near where they live to help minimize travel time) Weekly pay Consistent commercial routes and assigned sites Newer, well-maintained equipment Experienced management and operational support throughout snow events How to Apply Attend our walk-in interviews on October 1, 2026 RSVP by emailing Work@mcnellyservices.com If you cannot attend, contact us to schedule a separate interview Earn $28
