Field Marketer / B2B Sales Representative — Uncapped Commission Oasis Technologies is a veteran-owned web design and software studio serving businesses in Northern Kentucky and beyond. We build custom websites, mobile apps, online stores, inventory systems, and business software that help businesses serve their customers and manage daily operations more effectively. We're looking for ambitious, money hungry and motivated Field Marketers who enjoy meeting people, starting conversations, and helping local business owners see what could work better. You'll visit local businesses and call potential leads, especially businesses with outdated, broken, slow, or difficult-to-use websites. Your role is to understand their needs, explain how Oasis Technologies could help, and turn those conversations into sales opportunities. What you'll do Visit local businesses and introduce Oasis Technologies to owners and decision-makers. Identify website problems, such as broken pages, confusing navigation, poor mobile experiences, or difficulty contacting the business. Call potential leads, follow up with interested business owners, and arrange conversations with our team. Explain our services in clear, practical terms tied to each business's needs. Keep accurate notes on prospects, conversations, and follow-up opportunities. Build relationships through honest communication and consistent follow-through. A practical, relationship-focused approach Our approach starts with a real problem and a useful solution. A customer who cannot navigate a website, request a quote, or place an order can become a missed opportunity. Repetitive manual tasks can take time away from running the business. We help address those problems with websites and tools built around how each business works. That gives you something meaningful to discuss: making it easier for customers to take action and for owners to manage their work. This is not a high-pressure, hard-sell approach. You'll ask questions, listen, and explain the value when there's a good fit. Success still takes initiative, persistence, and follow-up.

Compensation and schedule Commission only:

No base salary or hourly pay. Earn 10% of every sale you generate , with opportunities for higher commission rates.

Uncapped commissions:

There is no limit on the commission you can earn. Your earnings depend entirely on the sales you generate. Flexible hours , with outreach planned around business owners' availability. For example, a $5,000 sale you generate would earn you $500 at the 10% commission rate. This illustrates the commission calculation; it is not a promise of typical earnings.
