In this energetic role, you will engage with festival visitors, promote exciting products, and create memorable experiences that showcase our brand's personality. Your enthusiasm and customer-focused approach will help drive event success, foster community connections, and elevate brand awareness. This paid position offers a dynamic environment where your communication skills and passion for marketing come to life through in-person interactions and creative engagement. Responsibilities Greet festival attendees warmly, providing excellent in-person customer service and engaging with diverse audiences. Promote products and brand messaging through lively demonstrations, product demos, and storytelling. Collect valuable data from visitors to support marketing insights and future campaigns. Manage social media updates during the event to boost online visibility and real-time engagement. Build strong relationships with customers by addressing questions, handling sales objections, and ensuring a positive experience. Represent the brand confidently through public speaking, branding activities, and promotional events. Assist with event marketing efforts by distributing flyers, setting up displays, and ensuring the booth is inviting and well-organized. Skills Previous food service experience or retail store product knowledge is a plus for understanding customer needs. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect quickly with diverse audiences. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to enhance outreach efforts across different communities. Experience in social media management or digital content creation to amplify event presence online. Proven customer relationship building skills that foster trust and loyalty. Ability to handle sales objections confidently while promoting products effectively. Technical proficiency with smartphones or tablets for data collection and social media updates. Excellent public speaking skills to confidently present product demos or lead engaging activities at the booth. Pay:
$20.36 - $22.36 per hour
