Full-time position (8 hours per day, Monday-Friday, between 8:00am-5:00pm). $15-16/hr Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Telemarketer, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM! Position Overview We are looking for someone who can: Make outbound business development calls (telemarketing) Speak confidently with decision-makers Set appointments and generate leads Transition into recruiting and hiring support Communicate clearly and professionally Initially, this role will focus heavily on outbound telemarketing and appointment setting. As the opportunity increases, the position will expand to include recruiting responsibilities, including contacting applicants and screening candidates. This position can quickly grow into a full-time position if desired. What You'll Be Doing Making outbound calls to businesses Introducing our commercial cleaning services Handling objections professionally Setting appointments for our sales team Tracking calls and outcomes What We're Looking For Comfortable making phone calls Strong verbal communication skills Professional and confident speaking voice Organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated and reliable Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM helpful) Experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or recruiting is strongly preferred. Compensation:

$15-$16/hr Monday through Friday No evenings, weekends, or overtime at this time Incentives & Bonuses This position includes performance-based bonuses.
