Job Description
Job Overview Boomerang is looking for a part-time, local Marketing & Customer Acquisition Specialist to help grow our early customer base and build our marketing presence. The role will focus on customer acquisition through social media, community outreach, promotions, and other local marketing efforts. You'll also help define and track Boomerang's marketing metrics so we can understand what works best. The ideal candidate is a marketing student, recent graduate, or early-career marketer who wants hands-on experience helping build a local startup from the ground up. The position will be mostly remote, with occasional in-person meetups in the Blaine/North Metro area to review results, discuss ideas, and plan next steps. I'm also looking for someone who is comfortable implanting and explaining the marketing tools, strategies, and metrics. Compensation will include base pay plus a bonus for each new paying customer acquired. Feel free to contact Boomerang with any questions and discuss in further detail.
