Community Engagement Representative Roseville, MN $20-$30 per hour Full-Time | W-2 Position Looking for Work That Keeps You Moving and Connected? We are hiring outgoing, dependable individuals to join our Minneapolis-area community engagement team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working in an energetic environment, and representing meaningful client campaigns throughout the Twin Cities. As a Community Engagement Representative, you will work at scheduled events and promotional locations, speak directly with members of the public, share campaign information, and help create a welcoming and memorable experience. No previous campaign experience is required. Selected candidates receive paid training and continued coaching.

What You'll Do:

Represent client campaigns at community events and promotional locations Welcome guests and initiate professional conversations Share clear and accurate information about current campaigns Answer questions and assist interested individuals Create an engaging and positive public experience Help maintain an organized and professional event space Track interactions and campaign results Collaborate with the team to achieve daily goals Participate in continued training and development
