About the Position We are looking for a highly capable, creative, and extremely detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Web Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who can wear a lot of hats. You should be comfortable working with websites and code, creating and editing digital content, managing social media, producing short-form video, and using AI tools to solve problems and work more efficiently. We are not necessarily looking for a traditional software developer or a traditional marketing specialist . We're looking for someone who understands how all of these pieces work together and can take a project from an idea to a finished product. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, resourceful, visually creative, technically capable, and comfortable figuring things out when they don't already know the answer. What You'll Do Website & Technology Maintain, update, and improve company websites Work comfortably with HTML and CSS Understand enough JavaScript and PHP to modify and troubleshoot existing code Make website content, layout, styling, and functionality updates Troubleshoot website issues and identify practical solutions Work with various website platforms, plugins, tools, and software Use AI tools extensively to assist with coding, troubleshooting, research, and problem-solving Learn new technologies and software as needed Digital Marketing & SEO Manage and update website content Write and edit website copy, landing pages, blog content, and other digital materials Understand the fundamentals of technical SEO Help improve website structure, content, metadata, and search visibility Assist with digital marketing campaigns and online initiatives Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement Social Media Manage and maintain our presence across platforms including: Facebook Instagram YouTube TikTok LinkedIn Other emerging platforms as appropriate Responsibilities will include creating, scheduling, posting, and optimizing content as well as monitoring engagement and helping develop new content ideas. Photography & Video Shoot quality photos and video using an iPhone, camera, or similar equipment Create engaging short-form video content Edit videos for social media and digital marketing Add captions, graphics, music, transitions, and other appropriate elements Repurpose longer content into short-form social media pieces Help develop creative concepts for video and social content Graphic Design & Creative Create and edit graphics for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other digital applications Use Photoshop, Canva, or similar design software Maintain consistent branding and visual presentation Have a strong eye for layout, typography, color, imagery, and overall design Turn rough ideas into polished, professional-looking content What We're Looking For The successful candidate will have a combination of the following skills: Very comfortable with

HTML/CSS

Enough JavaScript and PHP knowledge to understand and modify existing code Excellent ability to use AI tools for coding, troubleshooting, research, and productivity Strong visual and design instincts Comfortable with Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools Understanding of basic technical SEO Strong writing and editing skills Comfortable shooting video with an iPhone or camera Experience editing short-form video Experience managing multiple social media platforms Comfortable learning new software and technology Extremely detail-oriented Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent problem-solving skills Able to work independently and take initiative Able to manage multiple projects and priorities Strong communication skills The Right Person This position is best suited for someone who doesn't need to be told exactly how to do everything . If you see a problem, you figure it out. If you don't know how to do something, you research it, use AI, learn it, and find a solution. If a website doesn't look right, you notice it. If a graphic is poorly designed, you notice it. If a social post could be better, you make it better. We're looking for someone who has a "figure it out" mentality and takes ownership of their work. You don't have to be an expert in every area listed above. We understand that finding someone who is exceptional at everything is unrealistic. However, you should have a strong foundation across several of these areas and be genuinely excited about learning the rest.
