Duties Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, Bing Ads, and Microsoft Ads to maximize ROI. Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact search terms that enhance campaign effectiveness and improve organic visibility. Manage media planning and media buying activities, ensuring efficient allocation of marketing campaign budgets while achieving key performance indicators. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze web analytics data, and generate detailed web analytics reports. Implement conversion optimization strategies by analyzing media performance analytics and adjusting campaigns accordingly to increase lead generation and sales. Coordinate affiliate marketing initiatives and social media management efforts to expand reach and foster community engagement across multiple channels. Prepare insightful reports using spreadsheets and pivot tables to support data-driven decision making and continuous improvement of marketing strategies. Requirements Proven experience in paid search marketing (SEM), media buying, and managing budgets in a search marketing role. Strong proficiency with digital advertising platforms including Google Ads (formerly AdWords), Bing Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, and DoubleClick. Expertise in web analytics reporting using tools like Google Analytics and understanding of web analytics concepts such as conversion tracking and attribution modeling. Solid knowledge of SEO techniques, SEO tools, keyword research methodologies, and conversion optimization practices. Familiarity with marketing campaign budget management, media performance analytics, and media planning processes. Ability to utilize spreadsheets effectively for data analysis; experience with pivot tables is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams on digital marketing initiatives.
