Job Description

Brand Marketing Intern (Social & Influencer) — Paid, Part-Time, In-Person Practical Media is hiring a Brand Marketing Intern on behalf of a fast-growing luxury haircare brand based in Great Neck, NY. This is a paid, in-person, part-time internship (about 15-20 hours per week) on a small, early-stage team. This is an entrepreneurial role. You'll own creator/influencer outreach, user-generated content (UGC), and social content from day one. You'll wear a lot of hats, figure things out as you go, and take real ownership of your work. We're looking for someone resourceful who likes solving problems without a playbook. What you'll do Own influencer and creator outreach: find, contact, and coordinate with creators Plan, shoot, and edit short-form social content (Instagram, TikTok) Source, organize, and repurpose UGC Track what's performing and iterate quickly Pitch your own ideas and run with them What we're looking for Genuinely online: you understand Instagram and TikTok trends natively Resourceful and self-directed, comfortable working without a detailed playbook Some content or social media experience (personal, coursework, internship, or a brand) Basic editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar); comfortable creating content is a plus Able to commute to Great Neck, NY and work in person Interest in beauty, haircare, or lifestyle a plus
