Magic, Balloons & More Inc. is seeking a creative and organized Marketing Specialist to join our team! This is an internship opportunity perfect for someone looking to build real-world marketing experience in a fun, fast-paced entertainment business. As our Marketing Specialist, you'll play an active role in growing our brand and supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinating schedules and assisting with internal organization Occasionally communicating with current and prospective clients Writing engaging digital content (blogs, newsletters, postcard mailings, social media posts, website descriptions, and more) Managing and growing our presence across social media platforms Brainstorming and executing creative marketing campaigns and promotional ideas Supporting administrative tasks such as email correspondence and cross-team collaboration Occasionally attending live events (magic shows, balloon events, foam parties, and other gigs) to assist with marketing and content capture What We're Looking For Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to take initiative and follow through on ideas Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) Preferred Qualifications Experience with Canva, Wix, and Mailchimp Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram Basic understanding of digital marketing principles Why Join Us?
