Job Description
The Klaviyo Marketing Producer will be responsible for the hands-on execution of email and SMS campaigns and lifecycle flows for a D2C e-commerce business. This role will build, QA, schedule, and deploy campaigns in Klaviyo, including segmentation, personalization, dynamic content, and automated flows. The Producer will ensure every campaign is accurate, on-brand, properly tracked, and delivered on time. This role will partner with CRM, Marketing, Creative, Product, and Merchandising teams to bring campaign briefs to life and troubleshoot technical issues as needed. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, technically capable, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
- Experience in email and/or SMS marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
- 1+ year of hands-on Klaviyo experience is required
- Experience building, testing, scheduling, and deploying email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo
- Experience with segmentation, personalization, dynamic content, and automated lifecycle flows
- Working knowledge of
HTML/CSS
for email template editing and troubleshooting- Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to catch rendering, link, personalization, and tracking errors
- Familiarity with UTM tracking, campaign reporting, and email/SMS best practices
