Digital Marketing & Martech Specialist Role and Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain landing page/template best practices. Support technical and on-page SEO/AEO. Perform website technical QA. Execute digital advertising operations. Own pixels, UTMs, conversion-event tracking and digital measurement implementation. Maintain digital reporting and dashboards. Monitor digital performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Support technical implementation/testing where website, advertising or other digital integrations are involved.

Education, Experience and Skills:

2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Digital Operations, or a related role. Experience with marketing technology (MarTech) platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, tag management, and reporting tools. Experience managing website content, landing pages, and conversion optimization. Working knowledge of SEO, technical SEO, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) best practices. Experience with digital advertising platforms, campaign execution, and performance reporting. Experience supporting B2B lead-generation marketing programs preferred.
