As a leader in the industry, we pride ourselves on our commitment to customer service and satisfaction. We are currently seeking a motivated BDC Internet Specialist to join our team!!! As a BDC Internet Specialist, you will be responsible for managing online inquiries related to our tractor inventory, services, and promotions. Your role is essential in converting leads into sales by providing exceptional support and information to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond timely to internet and email leads about tractors, parts, and services Provide clear and accurate information about products and financing options Schedule appointments and demonstrations with potential customers Follow up on leads to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction Maintain and update our customer relationship management system Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets Place ads on internet platforms to generate leads
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a BDC, automotive, or equipment sales position preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of tractors and agricultural equipment is a plus Proficient with CRM software and Google Ability to thrive in a fast-placed, team-oriented environment
