Marketing Specialist - Comfort Solutions Heating & Cooling Portland, OR Metro Area | Full-Time, In-House Comfort Solutions Heating & Cooling is a locally owned HVAC repair and service company serving the Portland metro area. We're growing, and we're looking for a marketing generalist to own our digital presence from the ground up — someone who can jump between strategy and hands-on execution without missing a beat. What you'll do Manage and grow our social media presence (content calendar, posting, engagement, and reporting) Own our SEO strategy — keyword research, on-page optimization, local search (Google Business Profile), and content that ranks Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns, managing budget for the best return on ad spend Track performance across channels and report on what's working (leads, calls, bookings) Manage our website content and ensure it reflects current promotions, services, and reviews Coordinate email marketing and customer review campaigns Look for new channels and opportunities to bring in qualified leads for a local service business What we're looking for Proven experience running social media, SEO, and paid search campaigns (Google Ads certification a plus) Comfortable working independently — this is a one-person marketing department, so you'll need to manage your own priorities Strong writing skills for ad copy, posts, and website content Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads dashboard, etc.) Familiarity with the home services or trades industry is a plus, but not required A self-starter who's excited to build something rather than maintain an existing playbook Why work with us Direct impact — your work drives real leads and real business growth, and you'll see it happen Local, established company with room to grow the role over time Bonuses based on growth.
