You'll be the face of the company at the door: educating people, signing them up, and booking appointments for our service team. This is a W-2 hourly role with commission on top, so you earn a steady base and get rewarded for every customer you bring in. What you'll do Canvass assigned neighborhoods (we mail postcards ahead of you, so people are warmed up). Educate homeowners on our UV-C sanitization service, sign them up, and take payment. Book service appointments and help fill the schedule. Visit small businesses to introduce our service, leave cards, and set appointments for our sales rep. Track your doors, sign-ups, and payments accurately each day. Compensation $ 19.00 per hour base, paid weekly for all hours worked. Commission on every service booked and paid, plus bonuses. Overtime at 1.5x for hours over 40 in a week. Paid training from day one. Who we're looking for Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with people face-to-face. Self-motivated and reliable; able to work outdoors and on your feet. Honest and trustworthy, since you'll handle customer payments. Sales, canvassing, retail, or customer-service experience is a plus, not required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Bilingual is a plus, not required.
