Position Overview We are looking for a highly organized, creative, detail-oriented Brand & Content Quality Control Administrator to help protect and strengthen the quality of our brands across digital, social, print, and community-facing marketing. This position serves as a final quality-control checkpoint before marketing content is published , helping ensure that everything representing Colony Ridge, Terrenos Houston, and Terrenos Santa Fe is accurate, professional, visually polished, engaging, and aligned with brand and compliance standards. This is a hands-on marketing position. You will work directly with Community Managers, Content Editors, Designers, Web, Compliance, and Marketing Leadership to review content, coordinate campaigns, publish approved materials, support events, monitor deadlines, and keep multiple marketing initiatives moving forward. The ideal candidate is someone who notices the details others miss, communicates well across different teams, understands social media and digital content, and can balance creativity with organization and quality control. What You'll DoBrand & Content Quality Control Act as a final reviewer for marketing materials before they are published or distributed.
Responsibilities include:
Review social media content, websites, digital ads, email campaigns, print materials, and community content Review English and Spanish marketing materials for accuracy and consistency Check grammar, spelling, tone, storytelling, formatting, and professionalism Ensure content follows established brand standards and campaign direction Verify addresses, disclaimers, required service phrases, and other required information Identify inconsistencies or potential issues before content goes live Coordinate with Compliance when additional review or clarification is required Maintain and follow content review checklists Help ensure marketing materials meet both creative expectations and compliance requirements Social Media Publishing & Content Optimization Help manage the final publishing and execution of approved content across our brand channels.
You will:
Post and schedule approved social media content Coordinate website and digital content updates Review captions, hashtags, copy, and metadata Ensure approved content is published according to campaign deadlines Monitor published content for accuracy and consistency Identify opportunities to improve content presentation and engagement Help maintain a consistent and professional presence across brand platforms Campaign & Creative Coordination Work directly with the marketing team to keep campaigns organized and aligned from concept through execution.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with Community Managers, Editors, Designers, Web, and Marketing Leadership Participate in creative and campaign meetings Help coordinate campaign goals, creative direction, deliverables, and posting timelines Contribute ideas for storytelling, community engagement, and brand visibility Ensure visuals, messaging, and campaign execution remain consistent across brands Coordinate with the Web Designer to ensure websites remain current and aligned with active campaigns Help connect content creation, compliance review, approval, and publication Ensure social media, websites, and in-office marketing materials reflect active campaigns Events & Marketing Operations This position also supports the operational side of Marketing and our community events.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate marketing materials and resources needed for upcoming events Help organize digital content promoting events, campaigns, and activations Communicate with internal teams to ensure event materials are delivered on time Coordinate invitations and attendance confirmations for internal and external events Communicate with participating businesses and community partners Help organize schedules for Marketing team members, Community Managers, and operational support based on event needs Identify local events and opportunities that may provide value for content creation, community engagement, or brand exposure Follow up on Houston-based content and local campaigns Assist with marketing material inventory and anticipate upcoming needs Weekend and occasional evening availability is required for events and marketing activities. Project & Calendar Management Help keep marketing projects organized and moving according to established deadlines.
You will:
Maintain and update the Jira marketing calendar Ensure projects and tasks are properly assigned and tracked Follow up on outstanding deliverables Monitor campaign and event deadlines Help coordinate team coverage according to the marketing calendar Track production activity, including content created, posts published, events completed, and deadlines met Communicate potential delays or workflow concerns to management PR, Communications & Partnerships Support community outreach and external marketing relationships.
Responsibilities include:
Monitor and respond to PR and communications emails Communicate professionally with local businesses, owners, and potential partners by phone and email Explore potential collaborations, sponsorships, and cross-promotional opportunities Coordinate details for interviews, community spotlights, features, and other brand initiatives Route opportunities to the appropriate members of the Marketing team Maintain organized records of outreach, approvals, follow-ups, and outcomes Reporting & Continuous Improvement Help Marketing Leadership identify what is working and where processes can improve.
You will:
Prepare weekly quality and compliance reports Track successes, challenges, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities Identify workflow gaps and recommend solutions Monitor content and campaign execution Stay informed about social media trends, platform changes, and audience behavior Support improvements to brand storytelling and creative processes Help develop more efficient and consistent marketing workflows What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Highly detail-oriented Organized and dependable Creative while still being process-driven Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines Confident communicating with different departments and leadership Comfortable providing constructive feedback when content needs revisions Able to identify inconsistencies before they become public-facing mistakes Familiar with social media platforms and digital content Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Able to adapt quickly when campaigns, events, or priorities change Professional when communicating with businesses, partners, and community contacts Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Marketing Social Media Management Content Coordination Brand Management Quality Assurance / Quality Control Digital Marketing Marketing Operations Event Coordination Project Coordination Public Relations or Community Outreach Experience working with multiple brands or managing several projects simultaneously is a plus. Preferred Skills & Tools Experience with any of the following is a plus: Social media publishing and scheduling platforms Jira or similar project management software Google Workspace Content management systems Digital advertising platforms Website content management Marketing analytics Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets Canva or similar creative platforms Schedule & Work Environment This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position primarily supporting our White Building and Sales Office locations. Because our Marketing team supports community events, campaigns, and activations, candidates must have flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings when required by the marketing and event calendar.
