This position involves engaging directly with customers in the showroom, understanding their sleep needs, and recommending appropriate mattress solutions to improve their sleep health. The role includes managing the sales process from initial contact through purchase, handling inquiries, and providing follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction. The specialist will contribute to in-store promotions, local marketing initiatives, and brand awareness activities, including social media and community outreach. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining product knowledge, participating in team training, and supporting a clean, welcoming retail environment. Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with customers and build lasting relationships. Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage sales cycles, and support store performance. Candidates should possess Training skills to help educate customers on sleep health and support team development when needed.
