Marketing, Operations & Store Growth Specialist Location:

We have 5 stores currently - The Colony, Frisco, Mckinney, Plano, & Melissa (with more coming!)

Schedule:

Hybrid — approximately 80% in-person / 20% remote

Pay:

$35,000/year ($16/hour) + tips + monthly profit share + labor bonuses

About the Role We're looking for a unicorn — someone who can wear a lot of hats, loves working with people, takes initiative, and is excited to help a growing smoothie restaurant become even better. This isn't a traditional 9-to-5 where you do the same thing every day. Every day is different — but that's what makes it fun! You'll have a unique combination of responsibilities across marketing, restaurant operations, administration, inventory, and team support. You'll work closely with the owner/leadership team and have the opportunity to make a real impact on the growth of the business. What You'll Do Restaurant Operations Help oversee the day-to-day operations of the smoothie shop Provide an exceptional customer experience and lead by example Support and motivate team members Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and store standards Assist with opening/closing and operational tasks as needed Help identify ways to make the store more efficient and profitable Marketing & Growth Help create and execute local marketing initiatives Assist with social media content, promotions, and community outreach Help develop creative ideas to bring in new customers and keep existing customers coming back Track marketing efforts and help identify what is working Look for new opportunities to grow sales and build our brand Administrative & Organizational Tasks Data entry and maintaining accurate records Entering and tracking sales, labor, inventory, and other business information Helping organize schedules, documents, and operational information Supporting basic reporting and administrative needs Inventory & Ordering Monitor inventory levels and identify upcoming needs Complete weekly inventory counts Place weekly product and supply orders Help reduce waste and improve inventory management Ensure the store has what it needs to operate smoothly Who We're Looking For You are: A people person who genuinely enjoys interacting with customers and teammates Dedicated, dependable, and willing to take ownership A self-starter who doesn't need to be told every little thing to do Organized and comfortable juggling multiple priorities Curious and eager to learn something new every day Comfortable with technology, spreadsheets, data entry, and basic administrative work Creative and interested in marketing and business growth Someone who enjoys solving problems rather than complaining about them Flexible and comfortable in a fast-moving environment Excited about the opportunity to grow with a small business This Job Is NOT For You If...
