We are a growing cleaning company looking for an aggressive, motivated, and results-driven Assistant General Manager who can help take our company to the next level. This is NOT a sit-behind-the-desk job. We need someone with real marketing and sales experience who is comfortable picking up the phone, networking, finding leads, meeting potential clients, and winning new cleaning contracts.

YOUR MISSION

GROW

THE BUSINESS.

You will be responsible for helping us: Find and generate new customer leads Prospect for Airbnb and residential cleaning accounts Make sales calls and follow up with potential customers Network with businesses, property managers, realtors, offices, and other potential clients Build relationships and turn prospects into paying customers Develop creative marketing campaigns and promotions Manage social media and online marketing efforts Track leads, sales, and customer growth Help retain existing customers and identify additional sales opportunities Assist with recruiting, training, scheduling, and managing cleaning staff Maintain high customer-service and quality standards Work directly with the General Manager to achieve aggressive growth goals

The ideal candidate is: Experienced in marketing and sales —

REQUIRED

Confident making cold calls and approaching potential customers Competitive, energetic, and highly motivated A strong communicator and relationship builder Comfortable asking for the sale Results-oriented and driven by numbers Organized and able to manage multiple priorities A natural leader who can hold people accountable Experienced in the cleaning, janitorial, property management, or service industry a major plus

COMPENSATION

$ 40K to $ 50K + PERFORMANCE

BONUSES / COMMISSION
