About the Role In this position, you will: Engage directly with homeowners in residential neighborhoods through face-to-face outreach. Introduce Exterior Custom Solutions' remodeling services, seasonal promotions, and financing options. Identify remodeling needs across windows, doors, siding, and bathrooms to schedule free, no-obligation in-home estimates —no closing or direct selling required! Serve as the professional, trusted face of a reputable local brand. Gain hands-on sales, communication, and marketing experience with a clear path into in-home design consulting and management.
