Responsibilities Manage and optimize Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid media campaigns Monitor ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, and overall campaign performance Manage daily budgets and scale winning campaigns Work with our creative team to develop and test new ad concepts Build structured creative and audience testing strategies Analyze performance and provide weekly reporting Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and profitability Qualifications 5+ years of paid media experience, preferably in fashion or ecommerce Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Comfortable managing significant monthly ad spend Strong analytical and performance marketing mindset Shopify/DTC experience preferred
