We're looking for a Consumer Product Developer who is passionate about beauty, packaging innovation, and bringing products from concept to shelf. If you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where your ideas directly shape products in the cosmetics space, we want to hear from you. This is an in-house position only — our product development team works together on-site to keep the creative process, vendor collaboration, and quality control tightly connected from concept through launch. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, planning, development, and launch of consumer products and packaging from concept to shelf. Manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and keep development and production timelines on track. Coordinate with clients, the in-house art/design team, supply chain, logistics, vendors, and international teams throughout development. Negotiate vendor pricing and prepare product- and project-level profit and loss (P&L) statements in Excel. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve existing products and develop new ideas. Ensure products meet applicable industry safety and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate development records, document the design process, and communicate project progress to stakeholders. Qualifications Cosmetics industry experience is required. Proven experience in retail/consumer product development and product management, with the ability to own projects from beginning to end. Strong project management skills and knowledge of project management methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, including the ability to prepare product cost analyses and P&L statements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; comfortable working independently and across teams. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and work onsite full-time. Experience with prototyping tools, design software, or regulatory compliance is a plus.
