What You'll Bring To The Team BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering. 7+ years of experience, including leading cross-functional mechanical development efforts. Mastery of CAD platforms such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD; familiarity with CAD/CAM workflows. Strong background in advanced design, analysis, and manufacturing processes. Proven leadership, project management, and communication capabilities. Track record of handling multiple concurrent initiatives across the product lifecycle. Experience with ISO and ASME standards and regulatory compliance. Technologies You'll Touch CNC automation and related manufacturing systems. 3D modeling and 2D documentation using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Industrial controls integration.
