The Role:
Build and grow TIG's proprietary (owned brands/private label) portfolio. Own the development lifecycle—from insight and concept through specs, costing, packaging/labeling, supplier coordination, evaluation, and launch—partnering with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Operations. Key Responsibilities Own the owned-brand pipeline from concept validation through launch and optimization. Source and manage suppliers/manufacturers balancing quality, lead times, and total landed cost. Maintain product specs and ensure packaging/labeling meets regulatory and documentation requirements. Be the accountable owner for owned-brand initiatives—drive decisions, documentation, and stakeholder updates. Build repeatable tools and templates to scale product development. Lead the Art Department workflow to deliver accurate, compliant packaging/label artwork on time. Qualifications
3+ years in private label/owned-brand product development, category/brand management, or related CPG/retail/distribution roles.
End-to-end launch leadership: briefs, specs, and cross-functional execution.
Packaging/labeling and artwork workflow experience (including compliance considerations).
