Subaru Product Manager Manufacturing Department Position Summary:
The Product Manager, Production Manufacturing manages and leads the activities of the Production Manufacturing section to accomplish manufacturing targets/objectives, budgeted financial objectives, and customer requirements. This role is responsible for driving manufacturing excellence in support of short and long-term objectives and strategies.
Outline of Duties:
Provides direct support in the day-to-day coaching and leading of section Manages and oversees section TPM, Kaizen, Training activities, and KPIs Ensures compliance to all SIA policies and procedures Responsible for development of Section strategies and targets to support all initiatives. Supports all budget planning, controls Studies the manufacturing processes and identifies opportunities for process improvement or efficiency optimization. Responsible for safety of all Associates in section Oversee and support daily staffing needs Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in organizational leadership, industrial manufacturing, related field, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education Four years of relevant experience including previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing facility Willingness and ability to rotate between 1st and 2nd shift assignments on a schedule or as needed
Desired Qualifications:
