• Atlassian & PPM Solutions
• Hybrid right to hire position with a Major Insurance Company located in Warren, NJ.

Our client is seeking a Senior Product Owner / Platform Consultant to lead and continuously improve our enterprise Atlassian and Portfolio Management platforms, including Jira, Confluence, Tempo, and PPM Pro. This role is responsible for driving business value through platform governance, portfolio visibility, process optimization, and data-driven decision making. As part of a small, highly aplished Corporate Applications team, the successful candidate will operate with significant autonomy, influence stakeholders across technology and business functions, and deliver measurable oues without increasing operational overhead. We are seeking a certified platform professional with strong product ownership, consulting, and governance experience who can translate business needs into scalable solutions that improve transparency, execution, resource management, and organizational effectiveness.

A certified platform leader whobines product ownership, consulting expertise, and operational discipline to drive enterprise oues. Thrives in a small, highly effective team environment w accountability, ownership, business value, and execution excellence are expected. This individual should be capable of influencing cross-functional stakeholders while delivering measurable results through expertise, leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Increase visibility into portfolio investments, project execution, resource utilization, and business results.

Enhance executive decision-making through reliable reporting, analytics, and governance insights.

Reduce administrative effort through automation and standardized processes.

Improve platform adoption, consistency, and overall user experience.

Strengthen governance, accountability, and data integrity.

Enable the Corporate Applications team to support growing enterprise demand efficiently without adding operational overhead.

Achieve measurable gains in efficiency, transparency, and portfolio management maturity.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Platform Administration, Portfolio Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, or a related field.

Proven experience administering and governing Jira, Confluence, Tempo, and/or enterprise portfolio management platforms.

Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and executivemunication skills.

Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable, effective platform solutions.

Self-driven professional with the ability to succeed in a lean, high-performing environment with minimal supervision.
