Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Owns assigned supplier relationships and product lines, driving revenue, margin performance, and product strategy. Serves as the primary liaison between suppliers and internal teams, supporting quoting strategy, negotiations, and cross functional alignment to meet business objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties as assigned. Own supplier relationships and lead negotiations on pricing and contracts
Develop and execute product line strategy to achieve revenue and margin goals
Lead strategic quoting activities and support complex opportunities
Provide market intelligence and supplier insights to sales and leadership
Lead strategic quoting activities and support high value or complex deals
Deliver market intelligence, competitive insights, and supplier updates to stakeholders
Collaborate with sales, procurement, operations, and marketing to align business needs
Recommend and support inventory and stocking strategies
Drive quotes follow up processes to improve win rates and profitability
Act as product subject matter expert, including cross references and alternative solutions
Support product training and sales enablement initiatives across the organization
Contribute to product promotions, new product introductions, and growth initiatives
Participate in supplier reviews and cross-functional business discussions
Identify opportunities to grow revenue through supplier and market insights Salary Range
60,000 - 75,000 based on experience
Requirements
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4 to 6 years of relevant experience
Industry experience preferred
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Must be a U.S.

Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and
Strong business and financial acumen with understanding of pricing, margin, purchasing, and inventory concepts
Proven negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and support forecasting
Advanced communication and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
Strong planning and execution skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop practical solutions
Customer focused mindset with ability to support internal and external stakeholders
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job the employee is often required to stand, sit, use computers, read, write, type, use copy machines, file paperwork, use telephones, and utilize written and oral communication to interact with clients, co-workers, and customers.
