Job Description
Our client in the Park Ridge area of NJ has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Director of AI Services and Software Product Management!
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of AI‑enabled professional services and software solutions that drive new revenue. Oversee the full product and service lifecycle, from concept through end‑of‑life. Drive organizational transformation and support strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives. Build and mentor a team of managers, ensuring strong leadership and talent growth. Partner with sales leadership to scale a high‑performing services organization. Conduct competitive and market analysis to guide product direction. Manage pricing, forecasting, program development, collateral, and marketing support for assigned offerings. Translate market needs into product strategy recommendations and present proposals to leadership. Deliver product planning forecasts and define sell‑through strategies. Support major account activities, including presentations, product tests, and delivery coordination. Collaborate cross‑functionally on R&D, special projects, and full‑line strategy. Review engineering designs, user stories, and specifications, providing actionable feedback.
Requirements:
10+ years in product management or partner program leadership, ideally in office technology or IT. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and SaaS/ERP/operations integrations. Experience building third‑party partnerships and programs. Ability to work with engineering teams and understand AI/ML architectural concepts. Knowledge of office technology software, hardware, networking, and related ecosystems. Experience with Agile and Kanban methodologies. Advanced skills in product strategy, market analysis, and trend evaluation. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Ability to support global time zones with early/late calls as needed. Willingness to travel up to 50%, primarily within the U.S.
