This role involves managing the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering products that meet customer needs and market demands. Position Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals. Identify market opportunities and assess competitive landscape to inform product decisions. Product Development & Lifecycle Management Oversee product development from concept through launch and post-launch evaluation. Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to ensure timely and successful delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to gather requirements and align product strategy. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related initiatives and communications. Performance & Metrics Track product performance using KPIs and analytics to inform continuous improvement. Ensure products meet quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction standards. Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in product management or related leadership roles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required) Product Management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM). Agile or project management certifications.
