Manager - Product Management Posted on February 3, 2026 February 3, 2026 by JMJ Phillip We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Manager of Product Management to lead product planning, development, and execution across the product lifecycle. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions while aligning product initiatives with business objectives. Position Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals. Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and guide product decisions. Product Development & Lifecycle Management Lead products from concept through launch and ongoing optimization. Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements. Prioritize features and initiatives to maximize customer value and business impact. Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful product delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related initiatives and communications. Performance Management & Insights Track product performance using KPIs and customer feedback. Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and inform future product decisions. Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in product management or product leadership roles. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required) Product Management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM). Agile, Scrum, or project management certifications.
