Position Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with customer needs and market trends Lead product discovery and innovation initiatives, integrating emerging technologies such as AI, LLMs, and data science Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, R D, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and execution Customer-Centric Development Champion user feedback to drive continuous product improvement Monitor performance metrics to ensure solutions deliver measurable value Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes Market Influence & Execution Shape go-to-market strategies and enhance competitive positioning Partner with cross-functional leaders to align product vision with business objectives Oversee scaling of product teams to meet global growth demands Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Science (Master's preferred) Proven leadership experience in SaaS or industrial technology product management Strong background in product strategy, lifecycle management, and market execution Knowledge and hands-on exposure to AI technologies, including Generative AI and LLMs Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Pragmatic Institute Product Management Certification AI or Data Analytics-related certification What the Role Offers Competitive salary range of $111,000 - $177,000 Eligibility for annual performance-based bonuses (target range 23%-46% of base salary) Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, Prescription Drug, Vision, and Dental Insurance Healthcare Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options Paid Time Off and Paid Parental Leave 401(k) with Company Match and Retirement Plans Life, Disability, and additional voluntary insurance options Employee Assistance Programs and Wellness Initiatives Additional perks such as commuter benefits, legal assistance, and pet insurance Opportunity to shape innovative products impacting global infrastructure and sustainability Why Royse City?
