- $72-82 Per HR Description Coordinate a portfolio of operations and technology initiatives.
Connect business priorities with technology planning and delivery. Help teams prioritize demand, manage dependencies, and establish ownership. Provide oversight across business, product, analytics, technology, and vendor teams. Maintain an integrated roadmap and coordinate technology readiness. Partner with business and technical owners to achieve measurable business outcomes. Translate complex technical topics into business implications. Key Responsibilities Translate business objectives into a coordinated portfolio of initiatives. Maintain an integrated portfolio roadmap showing milestones and dependencies. Facilitate portfolio reviews and recommend prioritization based on business value. Oversee delivery commitments, resolve cross-team blockers, and escalate trade-offs. Align stakeholders on portfolio objectives, scope boundaries, and ownership. Qualifications 5 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management. Experience developing integrated roadmaps and managing dependencies. Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills. Experience with governance, decision tracking, and outcome-focused reporting. Working knowledge of technology delivery lifecycles and operational support models.
