Paid Search Manager - Google Ads Big Voodoo Interactive | Easthampton, MA | Hybrid | Full-Time $85,000-$100,000 based on experience Big Voodoo Interactive is a digital marketing and technology agency specializing in high-performance marketing for law firms. We combine paid search, websites, data, analytics and emerging AI technology to generate measurable business results for our clients. We are looking for an experienced Google Ads / Paid Search Manager who understands how to build, manage and optimize performance-driven Google Ads campaigns. Legal marketing experience is not required. We can teach the legal industry. We are looking for someone who already knows Google Ads.
What You'll Do:
You will manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts, with a primary focus on lead generation and measurable conversion performance. You will be responsible for campaign structure, keyword strategy, search-term analysis, negative keywords, bidding strategies, budgets, ad testing, conversion tracking and ongoing optimization. You'll analyze performance to understand not simply what happened, but why it happened and what we should do next . You'll work closely with Big Voodoo's marketing, development, analytics and account teams to connect paid search campaigns with landing pages, call tracking, CRM data and overall client strategy. You'll also help build budgets, forecasts and performance reports for internal teams and clients.
What We're Looking For:
2-4+ years of hands-on Google Ads / PPC experience , preferably managing multiple accounts or campaigns simultaneously. Deep working knowledge of Google Search Ads , including campaign architecture, keyword and match-type strategy, negative keyword management, bidding, budgets, Quality Score and search-term optimization. Strong analytical ability with experience evaluating CPA, CPL, conversion rate, impression share, search terms and other performance metrics. Experience managing meaningful PPC budgets where performance and budget control matter. Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking . Experience with call conversion tracking, attribution and lead-generation campaigns is highly valuable. Ability to identify performance problems, explain the cause and develop a strategy to improve results. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to communicate campaign results clearly to people who may not be PPC experts. Comfort managing multiple campaigns, priorities and deadlines independently. Nice to

Experience with lead-generation businesses or other high-cost-per-click industries. Agency experience managing multiple client accounts. Experience with landing-page optimization and conversion-rate optimization. Experience with CRM attribution, call tracking platforms or offline conversion imports. Experience with Microsoft Ads, Local Services Ads or paid social campaigns. Experience with WordPress, SEO or broader digital marketing strategy. Law firm PPC experience is a plus, but it is not required.
