We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to support 8 of our Superior Automotive Group dealerships across Northwest Arkansas including stores in Fayetteville, Siloam Springs, and Bentonville. This role is responsible for developing engaging digital content, maintaining a consistent online presence, and ensuring our communities stay connected with the Superior brand! Regular travel between the dealership locations is required, and off-site mileage will be reimbursed. Must possess a valid drivers license and have transportation available.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute monthly content calendars for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (where applicable). Create, edit, and publish engaging content such as photos, videos, reels, and stories to promote vehicles, staff, reviews, and dealership events. Monitor social channels for customer comments, reviews, and inquiries; respond in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with sales and service teams to showcase promotions, inventory, special offers, and customer stories. Manage and update Google Business Profiles for each location—adjusting hours, posting offers, responding to reviews, and sharing new photos monthly. Maintain consistency of voice and branding across all platforms while tailoring content to each audience.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing social media for a business or brand (portfolio or examples of prior work preferred). Strong photography and video editing skills, with proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe, or similar platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities independently. Familiarity or a keen interest in Automotive is a strong plus. Must be comfortable with change, open to learning from dealership staff, and able to work on your feet throughout the day.
