This role focuses on creating and managing organic social media content for our real-estate developer clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day social media management and community engagement. The Social Media Coordinator will report to the Director of Client Success and Senior Vice President of Strategy, as well as collaborate closely with the broader digital media and account teams.

About You:
You are organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in creating and managing social media content that drives engagement. You excel in developing compelling content calendars, writing engaging post copy, and managing multiple social media accounts. Your ability to stay on top of trends, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with teams makes you an essential team player. You're eager to learn, grow, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Role Overview:
The Organic Social Media Coordinator will develop and manage social media content and strategies for multiple clients, ensuring alignment with larger marketing initiatives. This includes content creation, scheduling, community management, and identifying new engagement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary community manager for multiple clients' social media accounts. Collaborate with the Account Team to create content calendars and strategies for organic social media. Draft and schedule engaging content across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Utilize tools like Canva to create visually appealing social media assets. Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner. Assist in executing organic social media strategies and boosting posts through Meta Ads Manager. Merge organic and paid strategies with Spark Ads to support organic TikTok content and Boosted Meta organic posts that amplify reach and engagement to meet client goals. Monitor social media trends, tools, and platform updates to proactively adjust strategies. Source and curate user-generated content (UGC) to enhance client social media presence. Ensure all content is aligned with client brand guidelines and project timelines. Track and report on social media performance, offering actionable insights to optimize engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in social media content creation and community management. Proficiency in Sprout Social and Canva (experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus). Strong copywriting and editing skills for social media. Knowledge of social media trends, tools, and platform best practices. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite. Must reside within commuting distance of Long Beach, CA, and work onsite five days a week. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a passion for creativity. Advertising agency experience is a plus.
