Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, providing product details, and maintaining high energy to encourage purchases. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative content strategies that align with brand goals and promotional campaigns. Utilize social listening tools to monitor audience feedback, trending topics, and competitor activities to optimize live content. Create visually appealing media content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other media editing tools to enhance live streams. Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts with Buffer or Hootsuite, analyzing engagement metrics via Google Analytics and social media analytics tools. Maintain strong relationship management with followers and customers to foster loyalty and repeat business through excellent communication skills. Qualifications Proven experience in social media content creation, live streaming, or digital marketing performance monitoring. Proficiency in social media platforms such as TikTok, Whatnot, Facebook, and Instagram. Skilled in graphic design and media editing using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software. Knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, web analytics, and marketing online analytics to maximize content reach. Strong understanding of social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and monitoring posts. Excellent written communication skills for content writing, proofreading, and branding consistency.
