About the Role Established casino travel agency in Jupiter, Fl is seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This in-person position will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and designing marketing materials, including direct mail advertisements. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and experience creating content that helps businesses connect with customers and grow their brand. Hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break and occasional Saturdays. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Website and other platforms Create and publish engaging social media content, including photos, videos, graphics, and promotional campaigns Capture and edit photos and videos for marketing purposes Design and coordinate direct mail advertisements, postcards, flyers, brochures, and other print marketing materials Develop and maintain a marketing content calendar Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages as needed Track marketing performance and provide regular reports and recommendations Coordinate with vendors, printers, and other marketing partners Stay current on marketing trends and recommend new strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement Qualifications Experience in marketing, social media management, communications, or a related field Strong graphic design skills and experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software Experience creating both digital and print marketing materials Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing best practices Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and project management abilities Photography, videography, and video editing experience are a plus What We're Looking For Creative thinker with strong attention to detail Self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously Professional, reliable, and highly organized Ability to work independently and collaboratively Passion for marketing, branding, and customer engagement
