Job Overview We're looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to grow BAUTLR's online presence and build an engaged community across multiple social media platforms. If you're passionate about fashion, jewelry, content creation, and social media marketing, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts. Plan and manage a monthly content calendar. Write compelling captions and hashtags. Design graphics, reels, and short-form videos. Respond to comments and direct messages. Monitor trends and suggest new content ideas. Collaborate with influencers and content creators. Track performance and provide monthly analytics reports. Help grow BAUTLR's audience organically. Qualifications Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook. Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar design/editing tools. Excellent written English communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
