Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to elevate our online presence and engage our community across various digital platforms. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to craft compelling content, analyze digital marketing performance, and build strong relationships with our audience. This is a coordinator role as we partner with HIBU and you will coordinate daily activites through this partnership. We are looking for a candidate familiar with the "Go High Level" platform. Duties Develop and implement engaging social media content strategies tailored to different platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Monitor HIBU Dashboard and extract call data for CSR Team Create high-quality visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other media editing tools to enhance brand visibility. Manage daily social media postings using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, ensuring consistent brand messaging. Monitor social media channels through social listening techniques to gauge public sentiment and identify trending topics. Analyze social media metrics with Google Analytics and marketing online analytics tools to optimize content performance and engagement. Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall branding goals and promotional activities. Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster positive relationships. Skills Proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Strong content creation skills with expertise in copywriting, proofreading, and storytelling for digital audiences. Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for media editing and visual content development. Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics to enhance online visibility. Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation and industry trends. Ability to analyze social media performance data using Google Analytics and other marketing analytics platforms. Excellent communication skills with a knack for relationship management across diverse audiences.
