Under the direction of Medical Director Dr. Hank, our patients come to us for a strategy-first, conservative approach to aesthetics and a team that treats every visit like it matters. We're growing, and we're looking for a Social Media/Media Coordinator to own how we show up online. The role You'll own our day-to-day content and social presence — planning and filming content, engaging our community, and keeping our brand consistent everywhere patients find us. This is a hands-on, part-time contract role: some weeks you'll be filming in the treatment room, others you'll be scheduling posts and pulling numbers together. What you'll own Content & social media Coordinate our social platforms with consistent posting, engagement, and steady growth Publish regular content across Instagram Stories, Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Capture original photo and video of treatments, results, staff, and the space Highlight patient testimonials, promotions, and new services alongside our clinical team Reply promptly to DMs and comments to keep the community active Campaigns & local visibility Support email and text campaigns for specials, new treatments, and events Help write and refresh website and blog content to support SEO and patient education Maintain and optimize our Google Business Profile and Yelp listings, including review responses Analytics & reporting Track engagement and growth across platforms Deliver a simple monthly performance snapshot with insights, not just numbers Brand standards & compliance Keep every post consistent with our voice, professionalism, and aesthetic Obtain written consent before publishing any patient photo, video, or before-and-after Never guarantee results or make medical claims — let the work and the education speak Keep digital assets, files, and content systems organized What we're looking for 2+ years coordinating social media and digital content for a brand or business Strong command of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trends Comfort with Canva, CapCut, and Adobe (or similar) for creating and editing content Smartphone or camera experience for capturing original content The ability to read basic analytics and turn the numbers into decisions A genuine interest in aesthetics, healthcare, or wellness Organized, detail-oriented, and a polished communicator Nice to have Prior experience in a med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or wellness practice Familiarity with aesthetic booking/EMR platforms Basic motion graphics or editing beyond

Part-time, flexible days with some in-office filming time as needed
