Description:

The Street Team represents HOME.fm's promotional, sales, and marketing efforts at Spring Arbor University. As a member of Street Team, you will produce content, participate in broadcasts, and champion the HOME.fm brand on campus. While most of our work serves our radio station, we also serve as a connector between the Spring Arbor community, advertisers, and our student body. If you are someone who loves making connections and wants to gain multimedia experience, we encourage you to apply.

Hours:

5-10 per week This role includes but is not limited to:

Representing HOME.fm to the student body and the larger community by participating in fundraising, networking, and promotional events.

Identifying the needs of HOME.fm's business clients and bringing ideas to address them.

Helping manage the suite of HOME.fm social/web accounts.

Shooting and editing shortform content for social media.

Engaging with followers and listeners to answer questions, give away prizes, and grow our brand.

Committing to incremental improvement, regular reviews, and striving for excellence as a student and as an employee. Transportation is preferred but not mandatory. Sales experience also appreciated
