Job Summary A growing real estate team is seeking a motivated, organized, and creative Marketing and Operations Assistant to support our team's marketing efforts, social media and lead management , and some daily office operations. This is a great opportunity for a college student, recent graduate or someone interested in marketing, social media, communications, business, or real estate who wants hands on experience working with a faced paced business. Duties Assist in developing and executing social media content strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Developing video content and controlling social media schedule. Manage and maintain the team's online presence, assist with marketing for multiple entities affiliated with team ownership, support our CRM and lead sources, and provide general administrative support. Skills Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices for content marketing. This paid internship provides a fantastic platform to develop your skills in digital marketing while contributing to innovative real estate campaigns.
