RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Onboards new volunteers by performing background checks and entering information into database. Maintains volunteer files. Sets up training for new volunteers. Sets up volunteer schedules and manages sub needs. Enters volunteer in-kind donation hours into donor database. Creates regular social media campaigns to help recruit volunteers, clients and to spread agency information. Works in conjunction with the Community Outreach Coordinator. Helps with special events and mailings Cross-trained in meal delivery duties Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director including deliveries of meals when necessary.

Qualifications\Skills:

• Demonstrate excellent computer skills with an understanding of Google Docs, Quickbooks, Microsoft Word and Canva. Ability to learn new delivery software. • Demonstrate and support a positive attitude and engage in respectful interactions with others § Demonstrate strong human relation skills working with and supporting volunteers of all ages. § Must be adaptable to changes. § Must have excellent oral and written communication skills § Acts in accordance with our principles of maintaining confidentiality and discretion in conversations regarding personal information § Commit to work at all times to keep the image of MOW positive to the public § Able to follow through on commitments and deadlines necessary to maintain a positive working environment § Commitment to building trust and confidence in the work environment § Excellent oral and written communication skills § Have a Valid Driver's License and dependable transportation to assist with delivery
